MTV macht Werbung für den Sampler, und wenn man den ganzen E-Mails an uns Glauben schenken darf, haben sie das Low-Budget-Studio.com und den Sampler M.A.P sogar in den Rock-News im Fernsehen erwähnt! Vielen Dank..Es gibt bei MTV doch noch Alternative!

We are a recording/project studio & label in Germany that is always looking for soulful innovative unsigned bands who would like to join our Sampler called : " Musicians-Against-Pop " ( short. the M-A-P ).
This Sampler should be for the real musicians outside in the world of Music , and it should be against all the so called Stars & Pop Idol Casting Shows .
The Sampler will be distributed in Europe & U.S.A , and we got a lot of well known supporters , too. For example MTV Germany :: mtv.de | rock news and a lot of well known musicians. For example Greg Digesu and his New Yorker Band:" Speedsters & Dopers " .He assisted producing the platinum Album " Are you gonna go my way " Lenny Kravitz.Thank you Greg ....

The Sampler is just an advertisement for the bands and for our recording/project studio & independent label www.low-budget-studio.com ( Your Contact/Info/Logo will be upon the Sampler,too). It is a Sampler for bands worldwide , paid by the music itself . We must say that there will be no payment for the bands who join our Sampler . Sorry . But the whole money earned with the Sampler will be spent / donated for /to our next MAP-Sampler and the next bands. But you will receive at least 10 original MAP Sampler when the MAP is released.
This is the first Sampler " Volume one " , and many more " MAPs " will follow .
If you and your band members know bands in your city , who would like to join us , please tell them about us and the MAP.We are always looking for bands ...

If you would like to join us , we need :
1. A good copy of your song . ( maybe an original press )
2. Logo / Info / Photo ...
3. A short agreement ( please use the agreement below ) , that includes the name of the band , song title / songwriter / Name of the Album from which it is taken/ .... Dated and Signed ...

Agreement : ( Please copy it and send it with your recordings !! )

1. Low-Budget-Studio.Com Rights.

Any sound recordings, musical and/or vocal
works, pictures, videos, song lyrics and/or
other materials (collectively the "Material")
send to us by you shall be available for us
to use on a non-exclusive basis anywhere and
everywhere throughout the universe without any
payment to you. We will not sell or license your
music to others (making your music available to
visitors of our site shall not be considered a
sale or license), but LBS will be authorized
to reproduce, distribute, publicly perform,
publicly display and digitally perform and/or
distribute the Material in whole or in part,
alone or together with other material. LBS shall
also have the right to use the Material for the
purpose of promoting LBS products and services
(for Example „The MAP-Sampler „)

And to use the name, likeness and biographical
material and any logos, marks or trade names of
you or any individuals performing or otherwise
represented in the Material or the artist or
band included or referred to in the Material
without any payment to you or any other persons
or companies.
You provide LBS the right to waive, on your
behalf, any performance royalties on the Material
for airplay on Internet, satellite, or other radio,
for the purpose of promoting LBS, your band, or
your music.

2. Ownership of Materials.

At all times you shall retain full ownership
of the Material while granting to LBS the
following non-exclusive rights: By accepting
this agreement you are guaranteeing to LBS that you are of legal
age to enter into contracts (you're not a minor)
and have all rights, approvals and/or consents
necessary to submit the Material on the terms
provided herein. You also guarantee that no
permission is required from any other individual
or company for us to use the Material and other
rights provided herein. You further guarantee
to LBS that the compositions, recordings,
lyrics and other materials contained in the
Material are original, created only by you and
do not contain any "samples" or excerpts from
the material of others and do not otherwise
infringe on the rights of any other individuals
or companies. Although we're big believers in
free expression, you also guarantee that the
Material does not and will not violate any
laws or be defamatory, libellous, pornographic
or obscene. You shall be fully
responsible for any violation of your agreements
including the guarantees made to LBS under this
paragraph and you shall indemnify us and our
customers from any damages and costs, including
reasonable attorneys fees, arising from your
breach. You shall sign and deliver to LBS any
additional documents that LBS may request to
confirm LBS's rights under this agreement.

3. Disputes.

You represent that you own right, title and
interest to all songs that you send or mail to
LBS. If a dispute and/or claim exists therefrom,
LBS reserves the right to remove such song from
the LBS-Map-Sampler & website until such time as a bonafide
resolution has been reached by the disputing
parties. LBS is not in a position nor has the
authority to resolve any claims and/or disputes
therefrom. We will not be your referees.

4. Miscellaneous.

In the event of any dispute concerning this
agreement German law shall apply and all
legal proceedings, if any, shall take place
in Germany.
